PSA’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for the planning, development, and management of the information technology systems and subsystems that support PSA programs and management operations; and for financial standards, policies and procedures. OIT assesses PSA technology requirements; analyzes potential return on technology investment for internal systems and for PSA interface with external systems; designs and administers system configuration and architecture including hardware and software, telecommunications, network operations, desktop systems, and system security; reviews and approves acquisition of all PSA major hardware, software, and information technology contracts.
