An acknowledgement of the complaint is sent as soon as possible after it has been received, though the time to review or investigate the complaint will depend upon its nature. Most matters are investigated by the employee’s immediate supervisor. However, complaints that allege a potential criminal violation or serious misconduct on the part of a PSA employee may be referred to the Office of Professional Responsibility within the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency.
