The Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia (PSA) strives to protect the safety and well-being of our employees and members of the public who enter our offices each day. Consistent with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB), we are observing precautions to prevent and/or reduce the transmission and spread of COVID-19.
This means the majority of our workforce is available by telephone and/or email. A limited portion of our workforce is onsite and available for mission-critical contacts, including supervision appointments and drug testing.
If you are a defendant under PSA supervision and have questions regarding whether you should report for an appointment with PSA, please call your assigned Pretrial Services Officer for specific instructions. If you are unsure of how to contact your Pretrial Services Officer, please call 202-585-7030.
If you have questions regarding an upcoming court appearance, please contact your attorney, as many court hearings are still taking place, as scheduled.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time.
